How to join an expedition to Fiji

1. Once you have completed our application form we will then call you to explain more about your chosen expedition, and answer any questions you may have. We are always happy to arrange a meeting in Leeds if you would prefer to chat through the expedition face-to-face.

2. We will confirm if we can offer you a place and send you a booking pack and a copy of our terms and conditions.

3. To secure your place you will need to pay a deposit of £400. Your deposit is non-refunable and is deducted from your final balance, which is not required until 10 weeks before your expedition starts.

4. Start preparing for the South Pacific! You will have a dedicated contact at Think Pacific to answer all of your pre-departure questions and assist you to book flights and insurance. You will receive a comprehensive project pack in the post, and we will invite you to a pre-departure briefing at the University of Leeds, which takes place approximately one month before departure. This is a great opportunity for you to meet past volunteers and learn more about the specific project objectives and life in a rural Fijian village!
