At Think Pacific we're lucky that our jobs mean the world to us. We pack everything we have into designing expeditions which are of real benefit to Fiji and offer extraordinary experiences for our volunteers.

Unlike many gap year organisations, Think Pacific focuses its attention solely upon one location. We pride ourselves on our knowledge, expertise and years of experience exploring the Fiji islands. Every expedition has a high staff to volunteer ratio as we believe in sending out only safe, supported and well organised trips.

As we continue to grow, we're always on the look out for talented people with the same passion for Fiji and a dedicated approach to assisting gap year projects in the third world.

If you have been gripped by travel in Fiji, have experience of leading teams across far flung corners of the globe or qualifications and passion for international development – you could be leading your own expedition to the South Pacific Islands or assisting with UK volunteer preparation.
