Ema Levaci - NRL Fiji

Have a watch of this fantastic talk delivered by Ema. The main topics discussed in this session on Sport for Development are using sport as a tool for tacking wider social issues, namely as a vital strategy for health promotion but also increasingly for female empowerment. Ema also shares her own personal experiences and I’m sure I speak for all of us when I say there’s a lot we can learn from this wonderful woman. Enjoy!

Sainimili Saukuru - ONOC

Sainimili is involved in the Oceana National Olympic Committee (including 15 member countries), predominately managing the oceanic sport education programme and at the forefront of finding national partners to achieve strategic goals. This is a fantastic watch to understand how larger organisations function in this area and just what a role like this would entail.

Joji is the sports development manager for the Fiji National Sport Commission, very much involved in overseeing the development of the range of sports present and loved in Fiji.
