The Virtual Approach to Cultural Learning

You’re right, it would be nice to be in Fiji right now, all sitting in a hall together and using authentic materials to learn traditional skills. But it doesn’t need to be the case…

Working from a remote platform provides it’s own benefits; accessing and viewing resources, the removal of physical barriers to entry and we’ve had plenty of fun delivering these session in a webinar format. This culture series is a feature of our Virtual Internship and we would like to invite Fijians living overseas to come and join us.

By logging onto a scheduled webinar, you have the opportunity to actively participate in and learn from cultural sessions from wherever you like. As long as you’ve got connection to the internet on a suitable device, you’re good to go.

Like minded participants from across the globe can interact with the shared interest of pursuing understanding a fascinating culture.

Live Q&As offer the opportunity to ask staff questions on the go.

Quick and easy access to resources.

Have access to recordings of sessions to watch on demand.
